MOODApp provided by MOOD ELECTRONIC MARKETING is for free and is intended for use as
is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of
Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree
to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we
collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with
anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same
meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at MOOD unless otherwise defined in this
Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, We may require you to provide us with certain personally
identifiable information e.g. users name, phone number, location, pictures. The information that we request
will be retained on your device and retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Information You Provide
Your Account Information
You provide your mobile phone number and basic information (including a profile name) to create a MOOD
account. You provide us, all in accordance with applicable laws, the phone numbers in your mobile address
book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You may
also add other information to your account, such as a profile picture and about information.
Your Messages
We do not retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services to you. Once your messages
(including your chats, photos, videos, voice messages, files, and share location information) are delivered,
they are deleted from our servers. Your messages are stored on your own device. If a message cannot be
delivered immediately (for example, if you are offline), we may keep it on our servers for up to limited
days as we try to deliver it. If a message is still undelivered after limited days, we delete it. To improve
performance and deliver media messages more efficiently, such as when many people are sharing a popular
photo or video, we may retain that content on our servers for a longer period of time. We also offer
end-to-end encryption for our Services, which is on by default, when you and the people with whom you
message use a version of our app released. End-to-end encryption means that your messages are encrypted to
protect against us and third parties from reading them.
Your Connections
To help you organize how you communicate with others, we may help you identify your contacts who also use
MOOD, and you can create, join, or get added to groups and broadcast lists, and such groups and lists get
associated with your account information. You give your groups a name. You may choose to provide a group
profile picture or description.
Contact Information
We collect your contact information to help you message to your friends and family on MOOD, other than that
we are not providing or using the contact information to any other purposes or any other third party
applications.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data
and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include
information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the
configuration of the app when utilizing [my/our] Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and
other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These
are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
Customer Support
You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages,
and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with
information relating to our app performance or other issues.

performance information. This includes information about your activity (including how you use our Services,
your Services settings, how you interact with others using our Services, and the time, frequency, and

you use like our messaging, calling, Status, or groups features, profile photo, about information, whether
you are online, when you last used our Services (your "last seen"), and when you last updated your about

includes information like hardware model, operating system information, battery level, signal strength, app
version, browser information, and mobile network, connection information including phone number, mobile

We collect device location information if you use our location features, like when you choose to share your
location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and the like, and
for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our app's location
features. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP, GPS, Bluetooth signals, and
information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers.
Security Information
Your messages are yours, and we can't read them
We've built privacy, end-to-end encryption, and other security features into MOOD.We don't store your
messages once they've been delivered. When they are end-to-end encrypted, we and third parties can't read
them.
No third-party banner ads
We still do not allow third-party banner ads on MOOD.
New ways to use MOOD
We will explore ways for you and businesses to communicate with each other using MOOD, such as through
appointment information, product and service updates, and marketing.
Registration
You must register for our Services using accurate data, provide your current mobile phone number, and, if
you change it, update this mobile phone number using our in-app change number feature. You agree to receive
text messages and phone calls (from us or our third-party providers) with codes to register for our
Services.
Address Book
You provide us the phone numbers of MOOD users and your other contacts in your mobile phone address book on
a regular basis. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers to allow us to provide our
Services.
Age
You must be at least 14 years old to use our Services (or such greater age required in your country for you
to be authorized to use our Services without parental approval). In addition to being of the minimum
required age to use our Services under applicable law, if you are not old enough to have authority to agree
to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf.
Devices and Software
You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our Services, which we otherwise do
not supply. For as long as you use our Services, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our
Services, including automatically.
Fees and Taxes
You are responsible for all carrier data plan and other fees and taxes associated with your use of our
Services.

MOOD cares about your privacy. MOOD's Privacy Policy describes our information (including message)
practices, including the types of information we receive and collect from you and how we use and share this
information. You agree to our data practices, including the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your
information as described in our Privacy Policy, as well as the transfer and processing of your information
to the countries globally where we have or use facilities, service providers, or partners, regardless of
where you use our Services. You acknowledge that the laws, regulations, and standards of the country in
which your information is stored or processed may be different from those of your own country.
Acceptable use of our services
Our Terms and Policies. You must use our Services according to our Terms and posted policies. If we disable
your account for a violation of our Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.

You are responsible for keeping your device and your MOOD account safe and secure, and you must notify us
promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account or our Services.

- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Children's Privacy
These Services are recommended for the children who are above the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13

so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
